guess what guys still waiting on the reply man what do they do all day sit there and pick there noses gezz i'm getting more pissed everyday goes by what am i supposed to do go out and buy another game just for the cd-key man this sucks i wonder if i can call the BBB about this and complain

I've never gotten a direct email back from Anet: I retrieve my answers/responses from my support account page itself. Perhaps you should check there rather than get yourself in a snit.

ya man i have been checking both i have used support thing before like for Steam they use the same support style ask a question and other stuff like that and i got a reply back 3 hours later not so far 4 days later

ya whenever i was suspended i got a letter right after i asked why i was. that was about 5 hours after sending my email.

ya finally got a e-mail back today it was disabled cuz the guy i got the cd-key off of bought it with a Credit card and he never confirmed the credit card so they disabled it so i just got another cd-key from a friend and now i'm back on playing
